Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have already been sent into production. However, if you are unsatisfied with the digital proof of your art during the review stage, we will work with you until you are satisfied, or your money back. No restocking fees, no questions asked.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


All sales are refundable for any reason before they reach the production stage. If your artwork has already been sent into production, it is no longer refundable. If you qualify for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
