Q: Do you do all animals?

A. Yes! We do all animals.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our cooperated warehouses & factories in the UK, USA, and the Netherlands.

Q: How long does it take for my goods to arrive?

A. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for the custom illustrations to be completed. Another 3 business days is dedicated to manufacturing before they are shipped out. Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 days. 

Q: How long does it take to get a tracking number?

A. It usually takes one day after the product is shipped 

Q: In what currency will I be charged?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the contents of the cart are displayed in multiple currencies, you will check out in USD at the latest exchange rate.

Q: Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q: How can I pay?

A. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and even Paypal.

Q: If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers' information. Email is only for follow-up and to send newsletters about our promotions and new arrivals.

Q: Do I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries you do not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are and if you order more than 1 piece. We are not responsible for customs fees. Please check with your local customs agency to find out more.
